In order to reserve your event, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated bill is required on submission of this agreement. In the event that the function is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled date, the deposit will be withheld; otherwise 100% of the deposit will be credited toward your final bill. In some cases your deposit may be transferable when rescheduling an event with at least 24 hours notice.. Advertised and quoted prices are in KYD- Cayman Islands Dollars, with a US exchange rate of CI$1 = US$1.25. There are additional charges for late rental returns, rentals not returned or rentals returned and cannot be reused.
